My Story
Before Inner Smile Miracle™, there was a version of me constantly trying to hold everything together.
At just 24, I went through a painful divorce and had to raise my first daughter completely on my own.
A few years later I lost my father.
These experiences broke me in ways I didn’t know were possible.
I carried deep grief, emotional burnout, and slowly became disconnected from myself.
Even through all the pain, I still carried big dreams.
I moved to the United States hoping for a fresh start.
There, I had my second daughter.
My two daughters are my greatest miracles.
They gave me a reason to keep going even when I felt completely empty inside.
For a long time, I kept pushing forward while silently feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and heavy with pressure I didn’t know how to release.
I thought I needed to become stronger.
Instead, I needed to slow down and reconnect with myself again.
Everything began to shift during my time in Bali.
In the stillness there, I stopped performing and started listening to my inner voice again.
I realized true healing does not come from constantly fixing yourself.
It comes from creating safety within yourself and returning to who you already are beneath the pain, pressure, and survival mode.
That journey inspired the creation of Inner Smile Miracle™
a transformational coaching space designed to help women reconnect with themselves emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Today, I combine Erickson Coaching, emotional awareness, nervous system support, and mind-body integration to help women move from overwhelm into inner peace, clarity, self-trust, and joyful living.
